Cooking Class: Sweet Empanadas for Valentine's

As seen on the TV show Inside South Florida, this hands-on class is led by Aymara Lucero from Concerned Cook! You’ll taste and learn to make three empanada flavors paired with a cold craft beer or wine from Brookside Beer Market.

• Creamy Dulce de Leche – A rich and indulgent filling of smooth dulce de leche blended with creamy cream cheese, inspired by classic Argentine flavors.

• Cannoli-Inspired Ricotta – A cannoli-adjacent cream made with whole-milk ricotta, gently sweetened with honey and finished with a hint of cinnamon.

• Dubai Chocolate – A decadent chocolate-hazelnut filling combined with pistachio paste, inspired by the luxurious flavors of Middle Eastern desserts.
