Cooking Class: Artisan Butters

Taught by Aymara Lucero from Concerned Cook and TV's Inside South Florida, join us for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience exploring the art of making butter from scratch and transforming it into artisan flavored butters paired with a glass of wine.

Hosted at Flora & Fauna, this small-batch workshop will have guests learn to churn fresh butter and customize it at our butter bar using a variety of seasonal ingredients. Mix-ins will include fresh herbs, wildflower honey, edible flowers, savory additions, and other ingredients to inspire your own signature butter creations.

Guests will enjoy their handcrafted butters during the class with fresh bread and seasonal accompaniments, and take home their three custom butter creations.
